I’d like to download videos from the Vancouver 2010 Olympics opening ceremony. I really enjoyed the performances especially from the boy who did the trapeze act. I REALLY want to download it or at least watch it again, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Any help?

I went to Cypress’s mountain and I went on the Panorama Trail and I ended up fracturing myself. The year after that, I went skiing on the Runway which was what I like. If I go on any of the Whistler Blackcomb trails, is it scary. As you may not know, the Runway, is basically straight, no curves and no bumps, just basically a trail down to the mountain. It’s about 5 minute or less, depending on how fast you go. I’m a beginner and I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to go to Whistler Blackcomb. Do you think I should go?

Whistler Blackcomb is super. There are two mountains there, Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Mountain. For a beginner I would stick to Blackcomb mountain. There is a nice variety of runs and a variety of easy runs, marked with a "green circle", that run from the very top of the mountain right to the very bottom, so no matter where you go you’ll have an easy way down.
Red eye flights would be from Hawaii to the west coast as the flight depart at night and you arrive in the morning. Flying from the continental US to Hawaii, you gain time.
Whats the fastest way to get from the airport of Seattle to Vancouver? doesn’t mater where in Vancouver just close to down tow or a sky train station will be fine.
Greyhound? train?
Thanks!
Vancouver, WA or Vancouver, BC? If it’s BC there’s shuttle buses you can take from Seatac to the Vancouver Airport. It’s pretty inexpensive. Faster would be a rental car from the airport but they’re a bit more money. Also note that you need a passport to enter Canada. You can find info on Seatac’s website about transportation options.
If you mean Vancouver, WA, then not sure.
some one tell me what mean for motor insurance , home insurance, travel insurance, health insurance and life
Motor Insurance, or automobile insurance, protects you if you are ever in a car accident. It can help pay for car repairs and any injuries you may have if you get hurt.
Homeowners Insurance protects you if your house is robbed, or is destroyed by fire or heavy storms, or is someone is hurt on your property (for example, if they tripped and fell on your damaged sidewalk, or if they were bitten by your dog)
Travel Insurance protects you if you bought airline tickets or a hotel room, and then are not able to go on the trip for an unexpected reason. You could get reimbursed for the money you spent on plane tickets, hotel reservations, and things like that.
Health Insurance helps you pay for your medical needs. It can help pay for regular doctor visits, emergency room visits, hospitalization, dentists, and many others, depending on the type of health insurance policy you have. Many people (in the U.S.) get health insurance through their place of employment.
Life Insurance protects your family in the event that you die. You pay a specific amount, or "premium", and in return the life insurance company promises to pay a specific amount of money to the person(s) you choose, after you die. It does not typically cover suicide.
Every type of insurance is very complicated and detailed. You should carefully read any insurance policy that you are thinking about buying. An Insurance Agent can help you find the right insurance policies for your needs.
Hope this helps.
Well I love staying at Fairmont Hotels!!!!
But I went to the Ramses resturant and ordered speghetti.
It was small but had 3 huge meatballs on top!!!
(I hope you know what I’m talking about
)
Anyway the sauce on the meatballs was amazing!!!!!!
Does anyone have the recipe?? Or anything close??!!
The only Ramses restaurants I found were at the Hilton, and not the Fairmont! Perhaps you can contact your favorite Fairmont and check with the restaurant directly. Sometimes they will be willing to part with a favorite recipe.
I am flying to the airport from Vancouver to San Francisco. I need to get a car rental in San Francisco for about a week so I can travel further south in California.
Can anyone recommend personally to me a good place to rent cars in San Francisco, somewhere super close to the airport? Something cheap with a good rate and plan, I’m a bit nervous as it’s my first time renting a car. It’ll be in July. I’d prefer someone who has had a good experience with a certain company.
Thank you!
If your flying into San Franciso airport..they have every single rental car service available.. Budget and Enterprise are the best.
Without breaking out my lifesavings?
I live in england and would basically like to try and pan it out for a week.
I would like to see a couple of big events (final events even) and as many smaller events (and the cheaper the better) as possible, I have time on my side, at the moment, so do you have any tips for getting "budgetish" accomodation, cheaper flights, a good ticket agency (meaning a cheap one). Also I would be really glad to hear any tips.
I don’t like paying "the man" but I would consider a package if it represented good value. As you have gathered by now I am a bit of a tight wad, but my motto is usually, don’t pay much and don’t expect much. I have got a bit of money to throw at it though, so don’t miss anything out.
Events that I would really like to see include Bobsleigh and Ski-jumping, mens downhill, maybe even ice hockey.
it is going to be very expensive, as a local of the general area, I won’t be able to afford to go. I hope you already have tickets because they are selling fast and pricey. Stay near Gibsons on the sunshine coast, might be a bit cheaper for you, Google Sunshine coast and bed and breakfasts, lots of those here. Sechelt on the coast is good too, stay away from Powell River and Lund, as they are 2 ferry rides away. Gibsons is one ferry ride and a drive away, not too bad and may be less expensive – good luck, BC is beautiful! The price gauging however, is tacky and embarrasing
